VI      Public Forum: Persons wishing to speak must fill out a speaker card and return it to the Clerk.  Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes.  Note, however, that State law and administrative rules prevent the Town Council from taking any formal action on any item discussed at this time.  The Council may schedule such items as regular agenda items and act upon them in the future.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF PALM SHORES AMENDING CHAPTER 151 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN; REPEALING SAID CHAPTER 151 IN ITS ENTIRETY;  ADOPTING A NEW CHAPTER 151;  ADOPTING FLOOD HAZARD MAPS; DESIGNATING A FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR; ADOPTING PROCEDURES AND CRITERIA FOR DEVELOPMENT IN FLOOD HAZARD AREAS; PROVIDING FOR DEFINITIONS;  ADOPTING LOCAL ADMINISTRATIVE AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL, INCUSION IN THE CODE OF ORDINANCES,SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

a new Chapter 94 related to Garage Sales.

AN  ORDINANCE  OF  THE  TOWN  OF  PALM  SHORES, BREVARD  COUNTY,  FLORIDA,  ADOPTING  BUDGET DOCUMENTS  FOR  THE  FISCAL  YEAR  OCTOBER 1, 2012 THROUGH  SEPTEMBER  30,  2013;  SETTING  FORTH ANTICIPATED REVENUES OF $ 367,893 AND  PROPOSED  EXPENDITURES  OF  $ 367,893 NECESSARY  FOR  THE  GENERAL  OPERATION  OF  THE  TOWN  GOVERNMENT;  PROVIDING FOR  AMENDMENT  BY  RESOLUTION  OR  ORDINANCE AS  PRESCRIBED  BY  LAW;  PROVIDING  FOR REPEAL  OF  CONFLICTING  ORDINANCES;  PROVIDING FOR  SEVERABILITY;  PROVIDING  FOR  ADOPTION;  PROVIDING  AN  EFFECTIVE  DATE.
